After years in various sectors of technology, Bill & Jacob identified a lack of quality & competitively priced options for rural areas. By setting up our own small business and keeping overheads low, we can offer services on-site without expensive callout fees in our service area. Bill was raised in the Southern Downs and lives on acreage in the Cunningham area, using this as a base for our services. Jacob became a local to Cunningham a few years ago and is loving the sense of community and lifestyle within the Southern Downs.
Bill & Jacob both have an extensive background in computer repairs, cyber security, online safety and training, network administration, basic website design.
Bill also offers experience in single/multiple site cloud based PABX telephony systems and hardware, POS hardware installation and integration.
Jacob has an extensive background in a broader range of technology. In addition to a range of computer services, Jacob offers mobile phone repair, console repair, photography, drone footage, graphic design, video editing, virtual reality, 3D scanning/design/printing. Jacob can also install/repair electronics in motor vehicles, dual battery systems, dash cameras, reversing cameras, upgrade older vehicles with the latest tech (such as navigation, Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, etc), install lightbars/spotlights, upgrade to LED lighting, and much more.
